The Dragon Progression...

I began this picture a fair while ago.  I have been trying to bring it to completion of late....this is where i'm at....

I started with the inkling and have been playing around since... I quite like where it is at.  Maybe there still is some twinning?

Kung-Fu Creatures...

This is a drawing I started after a conversation at work one morning.  It was in collaboration with some one who worked in the company next door.  He has been directing the progression of the drawing.  I have adjusted it a few times according to his wishes and was feeling it was moving in the right direction.  Alas, I found out this morning he was sacked on Tuesday.  So it might never reach his eyes.   Never mind.  I enjoyed working to task on this.  It's satisfying meeting somebodies expectations, not easy though, but keeps you on your toes!  A great experience none the less...

These drawings are from some meet ups at the edge over the last month.

Ganglion

This rig was made by Frank.  He started with the first part.  I added the zoom and body parts.  Had some trouble with the sound.  You will notice its now there!  I fixed that after wrestling with Flash, After Effects and Soundbooth (like a crocodile) for over an hour.  I hate computers when they don't work.  Never mind though all good now.  Works better with the sound I think.

This I made as a Flash rig for Frank.  I did this animation for practise and as a break from my 'Ganglion' animation.

This is how my animation progressed until the final version.  Made during March 2012.  A combination of Frank and my own ideas.  I'm fairly happy how it has ended up.

This is where my 'man vs. toad' animation is at.  Its working ok I think.  It may be hard to see whats happening because of there size.  It is also a little bit stiff because I'm using symbols.  I think the timing is ok.  I need fresh eyes to have a look.  Comments welcome as always...

March Update

Hello all in blog-land,
This last month I have been working on 'Man vs. Toad' and a few still images which I will post later on today.  'Man vs. Toad' was a combination of Frank and my ideas at a phantoms meeting.  I missed the boat for the Sean show, but never mind.  It is still not fully complete but I will post where I am at for any feedback.  dust....
