ARCS

The last few classes we have been paying a lot of attention to arcs, key poses, extremes, breakdowns and inbetweens... What a mouthful, not to mention possible brain hemorrhage trying to process all that info at once. I know my brain can only take so much theory at once. But I still find arcs very interesting, they are a bit like waves or water how they flow together. So last night I played around with the main cores of the body first and then added the rest in steps. It turned out ok, I forgot about keyframes though until halfway through.. Some of the arcs are a bit out because this was animated straight ahead.

Lego Animation

This is something I made just playing around with some lego. I wanted to do some animation but didn't really feel like drawing. So I thought I'd do some stop motion stuff because you can just jump right in using whatever. I like using Lego, I bought some 'Toy Story' Green Army men a few weeks ago. I couldn't resist. Sad but true

Well I thought it was about time to post more then 'Howdy'.... Umm.. a bit about me. I decided to study animation because its something I've always wanted to do. So it became kind of like 'now or never' and so here I am... I like alot of different animation, some of my favourites would be: Akira, Ninja Scroll, Battle Angel Alita, Appleseed, all of the Disney classics, Original Transformers, Battle of the Planets, Hanna Barbera,Looney tunes, Pixar and any good stop motion stuff. Dust...
